FIT TRUE WIRELESS– OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

TURNING ON FIT EARBUDS

Press and hold down the function buttons on BOTH left and right earbuds for 5 seconds. You will see pulsing red and blue lights. Your right earbud is the master connection and determines your connectivity to the Bluetooth device.

HOW DO I PAIR MY FIT TRUE WIRELESS EARBUDS?

  1. Turn on your FIT True Wireless earbuds; press and hold the function button on both left and right earbuds.
  2. Place the earbuds in your ears.
  3. On your mobile device access your Bluetooth settings. Make sure your Bluetooth is in Discoverable mode (On).
  4. While wearing earbuds, select ELWN Fit True Wireless from the list of Bluetooth devices and listen for the pairing tone. This indicates pairing is complete, you are ready to use your true wireless earbuds with your mobile device.
  5. To confirm pairing is complete, look for the Bluetooth icon in the status bar of your device.

TURN OFF FIT EARBUDS

Press and hold a function button for 7 seconds (you can press either function button on either earbud, or both at the same time if you'd like). You will hear a "power off" command if you're wearing them – if you're holding them, you will see red and blue lights pulse one time while they power off.

CHARGING THE ELWN FIT EARBUDS?

On the bottom of both left and right earbuds you will find a silicone cover protecting the Micro-USB port. Gently pull the silicone cover out (DO NOT COMPLETELY REMOVE THE SILICONE COVER, let the cover hang by the safety link and gently turn it out of the way), then insert your micro-USB cord into both left and right earbuds (there is no left or right on the micro-USB cord). Plug the standard USB connection into your power source. We find that computers work best for charging.

The red light will indicate earbuds are charging, a blue light will indicate that earbuds are fully charged.

Note: Anything that is less than 1 AMP is safe and recommended. Car chargers produce a much greater power supply, so we recommend staying away from those. Over charging your battery will quickly reduce the life of the headset, so along with monitoring the power supply, try to keep your charge time limited to 2 hours (120 minutes) and always try to exhaust the battery until the unit is dead.

WHEN CHARGING, WHAT DO THE RED AND BLUE LIGHTS MEAN?

The red light indicates that your earbuds are low in power and charging up. A blue light represents a full charge. We recommend draining the battery completely before recharging. This ensures a full power-to-drain cycle and helps your battery last longer.
Note: Left and right earbuds will take a separate amount of time to charge, they won't finish charging at exactly the same time.

HOW DO I RECHARGE THE INFINITY BAND?

Open the micro-USB cover on the bottom edge of the Infinity Band housing. Next, insert a micro-USB tab into the micro-USB port on your Infinity Band. Connect the main USB tab into a power source to begin charging.

WHAT DO THE LIGHTS MEAN ON THE INFINITY BAND?

The lights are charging indicators. When all 4 of the lights shine your Infinity Band is fully charged and is capable of returning a charge to your earbuds. Each light will go out as earbud charging continues. When all 4 lights go out, you will need to reconnect your Infinity Band to a power source if you wish to continue charging your earbuds..

THE SOUND CUTS IN AND OUT, DROPS OUT, OR WILL CUT OUT INTERMITTENTLY. HOW COME?

While the range of Bluetooth is 10 meters (33 feet), the optimal range for any Bluetooth device is 2 feet from earbuds-to-device, more-so in the outdoors when the signal cannot bounce off walls and ceilings. This rule applies to any brand of Bluetooth stereo device. For the ELWN Audio earbuds, the earbud antenna is located in the right-side earpiece so make sure your device is on your right side for optimal connectivity while outdoors! This will help avoid signal dropouts.

ELWN recommends using an armband or waist-belt for your device to keep optimal Bluetooth connectivity during workouts.
